Had a pleasant stay recently. The food was decent. The villa was tidy. The room was comfortable.

The pool was dirty and the management was not good. There was no water in the washroom. Upon arrival, we had to wait outside for half an hour before the receptionist showed up.

We had a really bad experience here. We arrived on July 10th, 2026. We booked rooms through Voye Rooms and had clearly asked about the room capacity and how many rooms we needed for our group of 14. They advised us to take 2 family rooms, but those rooms couldn't even properly fit 8 people, and they didn't offer extra beds. We ended up booking an additional room for 3000 rupees, paying in full at midnight. One family room had no water in the bathroom despite multiple calls to the manager, and the issue was never fixed, which caused me to panic. Breakfast was served at 9:30 am. Please avoid falling into such traps. The pool was very dirty and the resort was poorly maintained.

We had a worst experience staying at this property. The room was totally unhygienic and poorly maintained. As you can see in the photos, the pillows were covered in black mold/fungus, which is extremely dangerous for health. The swimming pool was completely messy and unclean, and we even spotted insects inside it. Furthermore, none of the prior arrangements or commitments we requested were fulfilled by the management. Absolute lack of cleanliness and basic hospitality. Highly not recommended, especially for couples looking for a peaceful stay!

I stayed here with my family on 11/07/2026. We booked a family room, which is part of a house divided into two family rooms and four other rooms. The family room has three beds: one for the parents and two on an upper deck for the kids. However, the other four rooms were occupied by guests who were noisy and drinking. The swimming pool was unclean. Breakfast had limited options and was served in an unhygienic manner, with food placed in a dirty area. The staff provided poor service and seemed unprofessional. Overall, I would not recommend this place for a family stay.
