I reserved a Non-AC room for ₹1,100. Even though Non-AC rooms were available, the hotel assigned us an AC room without notifying us about extra charges. We checked in on 18.07.2026 around 2:00 AM and checked out the same day at about 8:30 AM. At checkout, they asked for an extra ₹600, saying we used the AC and our booking was for a Non-AC room. This seems like a dishonest tactic. The hotel deliberately gives AC rooms to Non-AC bookers and then demands extra payment. This behavior is unfair, misleading, and feels like a scam. Also, the receptionist was very rude, unprofessional, and discourteous during the whole interaction, making the stay worse. I urge immediate action against the hotel. Due to the seriousness and to protect other guests from similar issues, I ask that the hotel be suspended from the platform for at least 30 days while this is looked into.

Great Stay near kochi international airport.Just 10 mins walkable distance from this property. Room was nice and clean and surroundings was so calm and peaceful.Oveeall experience was very good.

Although the hotel is near the airport, the staff behaved very aggressively and insisted on full payment (even though I had already paid 70% at check-in) when I was leaving for a walk at 6am. He began shouting in the evening after I told him he could check the room; my laptop and other belongings were inside. He refused to listen and kept shouting and hitting the desk. This place is not safe for solo or group female travelers.
