A nice clean hotel with all basic amenities. Rooms are good size & functional. Breakfast was also pretty decent. The hotel doesn't have a bar or alcohol serving license.

I want to sincerely thank Momo from the buffet. She always welcomes us with a warm and genuine smile whenever we arrive. She consistently checks that everything is fine at our table and goes the extra mile to ensure our comfort. Her kindness, careful attention, and positive spirit have made our dining experience very special and memorable. Thanks to people like her, we feel so welcomed and at home here. Many thanks, Momo, for your excellent hospitality and for looking after us so well. We really appreciate you.

We celebrated our Onam at the banquet hall, Zenha Manor, on September 6th. It was a very pleasant and warm experience for all of us. There were about 80 of us, and each person had a wonderful time. I thank the management and staff of ITC Fortune for hosting us and delivering an experience truly worthy of the Onam Celebration. The entire team who assisted us provided service with great politeness and smiles, which enhanced the whole experience. The food was delicious and perfect; I'm not exaggerating when I say several people mentioned it was the best Sadya (Kerala feast) they have had in a long time. It also had a homely feel since it was prepared in-house, unlike many hotels that outsource traditional Sadya. The service, as I said, was excellent and full of warmth. The room provided was top quality with a welcoming and cozy atmosphere. The Onam package and arrangements included a pookkalam, photo counter, games organized by the staff, and a handsome Maveli dressed in proper attire. Overall, it was an Onam celebration to cherish and remember for years. Thank you, ITC Fortune, for making this happen. This was our fourth event at the hotel, and the team seems to have outdone their previous service, which is impressive since every occasion was flawless. I want to congratulate and thank the team who helped us have a true Onam experience: Chefs Manoj, Akhil, Ashwin, Abhinand, Akshay, Ajith; Service staff Kiran, Ajith, Abin, Krishnan, Jitto, Sajin, Alphonse, Geion, Richu; and Hamed from Sales.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The service was warm and welcoming, and the staff were friendly, attentive, and professional throughout my stay. The food at the restaurants was also excellent. Everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and delicious, with a great variety of choices. I especially enjoyed the quality and taste of the dishes.Overall, it was a lovely experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable! They even packed my breakfast for my early morning flight and also send to me airport free
