I recently stayed at Kent Baywatch Resort and found the experience to be just average. The rooms were acceptable but did not meet my expectations for a resort of this caliber. Cleanliness, upkeep, and the overall room experience could have been improved. The biggest letdown was the service, as the staff seemed unresponsive and lacked attentiveness, falling short of the hospitality I anticipated. The property shows promise, but both the rooms and especially the service require considerable enhancement. Overall, my stay was fine, but it did not live up to the experience I had hoped for from the resort.

Unprofessional and Unsafe Stay

I strongly advise against staying here. The experience was very disappointing. The staff behaved rudely, judged us unfairly, and acted unprofessionally. They turned off the electricity in our room without any notice, entered with a master key without our consent, and attempted to open the bathroom door while my friend's wife was inside, which was a major breach of privacy. Afterwards, they forced us to leave and denied refunding the money we had paid. This is completely unacceptable and I would not suggest this hotel to anyone.
