This is our 4th stay at this hotel, and this time we stayed for 7 nights.Overall, the hotel is good and suitable for a 3-star property. The room was clean and well maintained, and the bathroom was spacious and clean. The mattress was a little hard for my preference. The room had a minibar, coffee and tea facilities, an iron and ironing board, and two 1-liter bottles of complimentary water every day. The room was also cleaned daily.The staff were friendly, and the restaurant was good. However, one issue we noticed was that after eating at the restaurant, our clothes smelled strongly of food when we came out. I think this may be related to the ventilation or air-conditioning system, especially during breakfast preparation. Improving the ventilation could help prevent cooking smells from spreading into the dining area and onto guests’ clothes.One suggestion for the management is to consider gender equality in employment. During our stay, I did not notice any female staff working at the hotel. I believe there are many suitable roles where women could be employed, such as reception, housekeeping, room service, and other hotel positions alongside male staff.Overall, we had a good stay and would consider staying here again.Thank you to the management and staff for your hospitality.

I stayed with my wife for one night, and overall, the room was quite good and comfortable.However, the AC was not working properly and was not cooling the room. When I contacted the reception, they sent a staff member to the room within about 10 minutes. He checked the AC, tried adjusting it, and then left. Unfortunately, the AC still did not cool the room properly, so we managed through the night.Another issue was the location of the electrical sockets. The switches and sockets are positioned behind the headboard and very close to the mattress, making them difficult to access and use.Apart from these issues, the room was quite good, and we had a pleasant stay.Thank you to the management and staff for your assistance.
