The Avenue Regent Hotel

I didn't stay here, I ate food here. Beautiful atmosphere and delicious food and desserts. I ordered the peach ice tea with bacon mac and cheese it was delicious but it's very filling, the mac and cheese plus the peach ice tea can serve 2 people. Good quantity here.

We had a wonderful experience hosting our family get-together here. The service was excellent from start to finish, and everything was well organised. The hall was well maintained and set up perfectly for the event. The food was exceptional and stood out to all our guests. A special mention to Jaychandaran, the manager, who was a great point of contact throughout and handled everything smoothly and professionally. Highly recommended.

My first visit here was purely professional, just another stop on a busy schedule. But the experience never left me. Over time, this became the place I choose not only for official trips, but for my personal stays as well ’ because there’s a sense of comfort here that you simply don’t find everywhere. Every time I walk in, I’m greeted by Mr. Bijoi, the Front Office Manager, with the same warm, genuine smile. The staff here don’t just do their jobs; they notice you ’ the small gestures, the familiarity, the way they carry an energetic, happy-to-help vibe that lifts your mood. Cocoa Tree has become my usual corner to unwind, my familiar corner, a spot where I can relax with a coffee and let the noise of travel settle. Mezzo brings that lively warmth, and Springs has this simple, dependable charm that makes every meal feel homely. Their room service is always thoughtful and timely, handled with a level of care that is becoming rare in the travel world. But more than anything, it’s the atmosphere of Avenue Regent ’ that subtle, heart-warming calm ’ and the sincerity of its people that keep me coming back. For someone constantly on the move, this place isn’t just a hotel anymore. Avenue Regent has genuinely become one of those places that feels like a second home to me. Every time I walk in, there’s this quiet comfort ’ the kind that you don’t have to explain, you just feel.And if I'm to go deep, my favourite place in Avenue will be Cocoa Tree, as it has its own cozy charm. It is the kind of spot where you can sit for hours without realizing time is passing. The slow music, that fresh smell of coffee...Coming towards the others, Mezzo always feels lively and warm, and Springs has that familiar, comforting restaurant vibe that makes even a simple meal feel special.Their room service is honestly one of the things I appreciate the most ’ quick, thoughtful, and handled with the kind of care that makes you feel looked after. And the staff’ they’re the heart of the place. There’s a sincerity in the way they greet you, check in on you, and handle even the smallest things with patience and a smile. It’s rare to find a place where every part of the experience feels consistently good, but Avenue Regent somehow manages to get it right every single time.Avenue Regent never disappoints ’ the vibe, the warmth, the way it feels like a little pocket of comfort in the middle of the city. Nice hotel and well located!Rooms are big and spacious and clean. The hotel looks modern and fancy. There is a top bar and top cafe on the ground floor.The negatives for me are:(1) the aircon is so loud that its actually difficult to sleep, it sounds like a washing machine.(2) had a bad experience with room service, as I waited for 30-40 minutes for a water. The room service reception did not know english and they were actually shouting to me on the phone that they will bring the water, which never came and I called again and they were loke ’we have no liquor’
