Staff or boss are not nice .Entrance door always close by key . You can’t enter or leave easily. Breakfast shame : received message via booking saying no buffet okay fot that . They said continental or Indian breakfast. Then the morinibg they said only Indian ??nd it was so super spicy we can’t eat. And they come knock tbe door at 8:30 for wake up us ??nd said breakfast ready ??nd serve 8:30. How come ?Old building need renovation .We came back late 10pm ??nd all door and wooden door was close . We need knock door ??nd ring barely 5min.AC is useless as go straight on a wall ??nd can’t feel it on bed and again less with mosquitoes protection**##Answer to the hotel response !!You are lier ??nd u don’t read properly my commentI said with mostiquos net we can’t feel ac cookibg the room as its front wall.For breakfast you LIE AGAIN, the woman ??nd the guy said only Indian breakfast ??nd ask us the level of spicy. We mention No spicy. The breakfast pictures show the finished plate as we can’t eat it was too spicy don’t lie we didn’t eat it . And you didn’t provide the choice of continental that a big lie .Your answer show to everyone who lier you are and unprofessional ??nd I notice that you always say the customers is lying to you when I read the other comment. The staff and management are unfriendly. The entrance door is always locked with a key, making it difficult to enter or exit. Breakfast was disappointing: I received a message via booking saying there would be no buffet, which was fine, but they mentioned continental or Indian breakfast. In the morning, they said only Indian breakfast was available, and it was extremely spicy, so we couldn't eat it. They knocked on our door at 8:30 to wake us up and said breakfast was served at 8:30, which is confusing. The building is old and needs renovation. We returned late at 10 pm and all doors, including the wooden one, were locked; we had to knock and ring the bell for about 5 minutes. The AC is ineffective because it blows directly onto a wall and we can't feel it on the bed; also, it offers little protection against mosquitoes. Regarding the hotel's response: you are lying and did not read my comment carefully. I said with the mosquito net, we can't feel the AC cooling the room since it faces a wall. For breakfast, you lie again; the woman and the man said only Indian breakfast was available and asked about the spice level. We said no spicy. The pictures show the finished plate because we couldn't eat it due to the spiciness. You did not provide a continental option, which is a big lie. Your reply shows everyone how dishonest and unprofessional you are. I also noticed you often accuse customers of lying when reading other comments. You don't know how to manage hospitality, which is unfortunate for you.

Wunderschönes Hotel mit einem nostalgischen Flair. Hervorragende Lage, alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar und man befindet sich direkt im Zentrum. Das Zimmer war geräumig, sehr sauber und ansprechend. Der Pool bot eine angenehme Erfrischung. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und herzlich.

If I can give zero, i will post that , as they deploy mannerless lady staff at the reception who attend the calls and doesn’t have the courtesy to provide info on room rates or variants. If the first person who engages with the customer, behave in such a way who takes no accountability or whatsoever, it shows in volume on the service they would provide. It’s better to avoid such hotels and choose reputed 4 star or 5 star ones who values customer service.@ Team- To reply to your comment, the review posted is 100% genuine. Never have i provided negative review for a hotel that I haven’t even visited but the customer service made sure to assess them even before staying. I can assure you the conversation was not at all polite but arrogant. She repeatedly hung up on me and was least bothered when I said I would complaint. Mails sent from the management and Mrs Rose, shows no accountability to address the issue nor provide an apology.The receptionist lady she didn’t convey anything properly as mentioned by the management , but was extremely rude and she hung up. If customers have to sent mail to the hotel to get the room rates, it is better to choose hotels who have enough skilled resources as such to have decent conversations with customer.It is not appropriate to choose words as ’BUSY TIMES’ and ’STAFF SHORTAGE’ to use it as excuse to treat ’probable customers’ as an excuse for this poor behaviour and posting lies as ’POLITELY and CALMLY’ to justify the frontline staff behaviour. My Review showcase real unfortunate experience that I had to face, which should help other people be aware about what they would be dealing with. When made a mistake, the management should take ownership and provide an apology and maintain that professionalism which lacks here.The management follows a very defensive approach and doesn’t take accountability for any mistake’s made , which is visible in other 1 star rated reviews as well.

If I could give zero stars, I would. They have a rude lady at the reception who answers calls but lacks the courtesy to provide information about room rates or options. When the first person a customer interacts with behaves irresponsibly and without accountability, it reflects on the overall service quality. It's better to avoid such hotels and opt for reputable 4 or 5-star hotels that value customer service. @ Team - To respond to your comment, my review is completely genuine. I have never given a negative review for a hotel I haven't visited, but the customer service was so poor that I judged them before even staying. The conversation was not polite but arrogant. She hung up on me multiple times and didn't care when I said I would complain. Emails from management and Mrs. Rose show no accountability or apology. The receptionist did not communicate properly as claimed by management but was very rude and hung up. If customers have to email the hotel to get room rates, it's better to choose hotels with staff skilled enough to have decent conversations. Using "BUSY TIMES" and "STAFF SHORTAGE" as excuses for poor treatment of potential customers and falsely claiming the staff behaved "POLITELY and CALMLY" is inappropriate. My review reflects the unfortunate experience I faced and should warn others about what to expect. When mistakes happen, management should take responsibility, apologize, and maintain professionalism, which is lacking here. The management is very defensive and refuses to accept any mistakes, as seen in other 1-star reviews as well.
