My stay at the Cochin Courtyard Marriott was marked by outstanding hospitality, especially during breakfast and in the Lounge. The food and drink experience was enhanced by a team genuinely dedicated to their guests' comfort. Changing my booking dates was smooth and quick thanks to the sales team. Check-in with Bipin was efficient and thoughtful, while Arun handled the luggage and assisted during check-out, and Vishnu provided a punctual airport drop-off—all delivered with great care and smiles. The breakfast buffet was extensive and tasty, blending local Kerala specialties with international dishes. Bipin attentively kept my coffee fresh and table tidy, Angel Joseph greeted warmly, Siddarth recommended local dishes and checked on our satisfaction, and Greeshma efficiently ensured every detail was perfect, all working together to start the day wonderfully. The Lounge offered a peaceful atmosphere with quality evening cocktails and appetizers. Arjun impressed with his deep knowledge of drinks and excellent cocktail creations, also keeping the food refreshed, while Arun anticipated our needs flawlessly. The lounge's food and drink variety was ample and satisfying. Overall, the excellent property combined with this exceptional team makes the hotel a top pick in Kochi. Special thanks to Bipin, Angel Joseph, Siddarth, Greeshma, Arjun, and Arun for a memorable stay. I highly recommend this hotel for leisure travelers.

Overall, my stay at Courtyard by Marriott near Kochi International Airport was positive. The hotel, rooms, cleanliness, and service were all top-notch. However, the security staff at the entrance were disappointing due to their consistently rude behavior and lack of basic politeness. I felt particularly sorry for the Swiggy and Zomato delivery partners, who appeared to be treated disrespectfully. They deserve to be treated with dignity and respect as well. I hope the management will improve this by offering better customer service and sensitivity training to the security personnel. Aside from this issue, everything else about the hotel was very good.

My experience at Courtyard by Marriott was excellent from beginning to end. Arjun at the front desk provided outstanding service during check-in, which set a positive tone for my entire stay. The room was very clean, the bed was extremely comfortable, and I enjoyed the automatic curtains. Both the breakfast and dinner buffets offered a wide selection of delicious options. The room service menu was extensive with many choices, and I was pleasantly surprised by the authentic taste of the nasi goreng. I also had a Swedish massage at the indoor spa, which left me feeling fully relaxed, and I appreciated having the option to shower afterward. I strongly recommend this hotel to anyone staying near Cochin Airport, especially since they provide a free shuttle service.
