PRESIDENCY AIRPORT HOTEL

Hotel Presidency is located directly opposite Cochin Airport and offers a complimentary airport shuttle. It provides a great view of the airport and features a rooftop pool open from 6:00 to 22:00, which is very convenient. The lobby is grand and clean, with sofas, magazines, and a welcome drink. The rooms are spread across five floors and are well maintained. The flooring and lobby have a wood finish, and the bathrooms, beds, linens, and furniture are very clean. A delicious buffet is served on the first floor. Rooms include a safe, mini fridge with complimentary beverages, and a tea/coffee maker. The wardrobe is a bit small but practical. The rooms are well lit. The location is convenient, very close to the airport, with many restaurants, tea shops, gift stores, ATMs, tour operators, taxi stands, and auto stands within walking distance. Some negatives were the lack of central air conditioning; the small split AC in the corner of the room did not cool the room comfortably. Also, the buffet was sometimes insufficiently stocked when many guests arrived simultaneously.

Feedback on My Recent VisitI visited Bar yesterday. Overall, the ambience was good, and the staff were courteous and attentive. The service was also satisfactory. However, I was quite disappointed with the fruit platter I ordered. It consisted of watermelon, apples, and pineapple. The apples were good, but unfortunately, the pineapple was not ripe, and the watermelon had an unpleasant smell. Overall, the quality and freshness of the fruit platter were not up to the expected standard.I hope the management will pay more attention to the freshness and quality of fruits being served, as this can significantly affect the overall dining experience.Apart from this, I was happy with the staff attitude, service, and ambience. I look forward to seeing an improvement in the food quality on my next visit.

I went to Bar yesterday. The atmosphere was nice, and the staff were polite and attentive. The service met my expectations. However, I was disappointed with the fruit platter I ordered, which had watermelon, apples, and pineapple. The apples were fine, but the pineapple was underripe, and the watermelon smelled bad. The freshness and quality of the fruit platter did not meet the expected standard. I hope the management will focus more on the quality and freshness of the fruits served, as it greatly impacts the dining experience. Other than that, I was pleased with the staff's behavior, service, and the ambience. I hope to see better food quality on my next visit.
