I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and comfortable. A special mention to Shalet and Manju from the service team, they were absolutely excellent and highly responsive throughout my stay. They went above and beyond to ensure all my needs were met promptly and with a smile. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great experience.

We only stayed one night before our return back to the UK. We couldn't fault it. The lady on reception was so helpful, apologies I didn't get her name. Rocky in the restaurant was very efficient and helpful. The room is clean and comfortable with all the accessories one might need.

It has been more than a year at Presidency Airport Hotel, and it truly feels like a second home to me now. The hotel’s proximity to the airport’just a five-minute walk’was extremely helpful for my airport duty, making my stay very convenient.Throughout this period, I never experienced any inconvenience in any of the services. The staff have always been friendly, supportive, and welcoming. My family also stayed with me multiple times, and they too had a very comfortable and pleasant experience.I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the housekeeping team, led by Shalet Anil Madam, along with Manju Chechi, Habijul, and Bappan. They consistently maintained the rooms neatly and ensured a clean and comfortable environment at all times. Thank you for your sincere efforts and dedication.A special thanks to the restaurant team, headed by Sumesh Ji, along with Rocky, Thushara, Aukka, and the main chef Jinesh. Staying long-term in a hotel can make food monotonous, but the team ensured a variety of delicious and high-quality meals throughout the year. Your effort in maintaining such great standards is truly appreciated.I would also like to thank the front desk team, led by Ritz, and supported by Aloni, Joyal, and Lerin. The check-in and check-out processes were always smooth and quick. Whenever I needed assistance, the team responded immediately and provided effective solutions with just a call.I would also like to extend my sincere thanks to the transportation team, Jacob and Renjith, for their timely pick-up and drop services without any delays or long waiting times.
