Hotel North Seven

I stayed at Hotel North Seven, Kochi, Kerala, and it was an absolutely peaceful and comfortable experience. I was traveling alone, and I felt completely safe throughout my stay, which really matters.The room was clean, and the same care reflected across the entire hotel. The staff were genuinely kind, gentle, and always helpful’they made the stay feel easy and welcoming.The food experience was blissful. Everything I ate tasted wonderful and felt thoughtfully prepared.I would highly recommend Hotel North Seven for both family stays and solo travelers. It’s a place where you can truly relax.

Mr Rajesh Nair and Team did an exceptional job for catering during breakfast and dinner as did the other staff. The reception and housekeeping staff were also helpful. We'll done to staff and management. DR RD MAHARAJ

Room was of good size, neat and with a good attached washroom.The food served at 1st floor restaurant was good (had dinner) and the complementary buffet breakfast served at the 1st floor restaurant was also good and fresh.Considering this hotel as 4 star it just lacks a bit of luxury when compared to other similar hotels.

His leadership and reassuring presence made every part of the planning and execution seamless.Rajesh and the restaurant team delivered outstanding service throughout’warm, attentive, and always a step ahead.Chef Jinu Joy curated extraordinary meals for us; every dish was a highlight, and our guests are still talking about the flavours and presentation.Shibi O M handled all our room allotments and constant changes with so much patience and grace.Jibin and the housekeeping team kept our rooms comfortable and spotless, andAjith & Praveen from engineering stepped in quietly whenever needed.Despite unexpected rain and last-minute changes, the whole team remained flexible, proactive, and incredibly supportive.Thank you, Hotel North Seven, for making our celebrations so smooth, warm, and memorable. I recently stayed at Hotel North Seven for about four days, and the experience was truly good. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well looked after throughout my stay. The staff really made a difference ’ they genuinely went the extra mile to make us feel at home, always welcoming, attentive, and ready to help with even the smallest things.The food was another highlight. Everything was fresh, flavourful, and had a nice touch of authentic local taste. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to the railway station and other key spots in Kochi. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant stay, and I’d be happy to return on my next trip to Kochi.
