Niyati - Boutique Homestay

Charming boutique hotel with a hassle-free check-in. The location is fantastic, close to numerous tourist spots you can reach on foot. A cozy and practical choice for accommodation—definitely recommend it!

Take this as a suggestion: don’t book a stay here. you will get cleaner places in the money you put in.There’s a strong damp smell, mould growing on the walls and interiors, and visible marks on the bed sheets and towels. I booked this place online, and while the pictures look great, the actual rooms are terrible.Mind you, it’s mould on the walls. That’s not design.I had visited this place earlier, couple of years ago and it was beautiful then. It’s disappointing to see what happens when a lovely place isn’t properly maintained!!

Here's a tip: avoid booking here. You can find cleaner accommodations for the price you pay. There's a noticeable damp odor, mold on the walls and inside, and stains on the sheets and towels. I reserved this spot online, and although the photos appeared nice, the rooms themselves are awful. Remember, mold on the walls is not a design choice. I stayed here a few years ago and it was wonderful back then. It's sad to see how a once lovely place deteriorates without proper upkeep!

Absolute disaster. There is crazy amount of dampness in the room. The AC didnt work. The staff was clueless about the same. Just laughed about it. Wanted to extend when I saw it at first glance, luckily they were sold out the next day. The only highlight is the location. It looks clean, but when you look deeper the bathroom is actually very dirty. The walls need a deep clean. I expect the place to shut down if the dampness won’t be rectified. The sheets caused a rash to my skin. Could not sleep the whole night. I guess the dampness is ruining their linen too. Or maybe it was the dust mites. Not to sure. Would not recommend

Complete disaster. The room was extremely damp. The AC was broken and the staff had no idea about it, just laughed it off. I initially wanted to extend my stay, but luckily they were fully booked the next day. The location is the only good thing. It seems clean at first, but the bathroom is actually quite dirty on closer inspection. The walls need thorough cleaning. If the dampness isn't fixed, I think the place should close. The sheets gave me a rash and I couldn't sleep all night. I think the dampness is ruining their linens, or maybe it was dust mites. Not sure. I wouldn't recommend this place.
