Terrible service, they didn't even bother to take our order. A large waiter was there. I expected a better experience based on online reviews. I won't come back here unless I want poor service.

A pleasant spot

Daya by Renai provided a mostly positive experience. I dined at their club, and the service met expectations. The location was fairly convenient. Overall, it was a good experience despite the limited space.

We had a very disappointing encounter with a front-desk employee. After checking out three hours past the usual time, we were unexpectedly asked to pay ₹2,000 as a late checkout fee. He then proposed a ₹500 "discount" and insisted on ₹1,500, despite us never being informed about such a fee before. When the manager requested him to confirm the charge in their system, it was not found there at all. We refused to pay, but a lot of our time was wasted disputing an unclear and unrecorded fee. The matter was handled very unprofessionally. This clearly shows how one staff member's conduct can harm the hotel's reputation. Management should look into this and make sure all fees are properly recorded and clearly explained to guests. On a positive note, I want to commend the food and beverage team. They delivered outstanding service and were very polite, attentive, and professional during our stay. Their excellent service deserves special praise.
