Tried their Kerala meals, very flavorful and the portion size was adequate. Overall, a good experience and worth the price.

My wife and I arrived at the hotel in the afternoon and headed out for meetings. When we returned around 8:45 PM, we found the room shaking from loud party music at the Lounge Bar on the first floor. Within minutes, I got a bad headache and nausea, so I complained at reception. They moved us to another room, where the volume was lower but the bass was still disturbing. Too tired to look for another hotel or argue, we tried to sleep but woke up with headaches and left by 7:45 AM without breakfast. We won't stay here again. Only stay if you plan to party at the Lounge Bar or use the hotel during the day.

Me and my wife checked into the hotel in the afternoon and went out for our meetings and came back to the hotel around 8:45PM and a big surprise was waiting for us in the room. The entire room was shaking and shivering due to the high volume party music from the Lounge Bar at 1st floor. Within 5min, I developed a severe headache and vomitting sensation and I rushed to the reception to complain. The person at the reception moved us to a different room. The volume was less but the bass (thump) sound was still there. We were so tired to hunt for a new hotel or to put up a big fight; so somehow tried to sleep. Woke up with a bad headache and ran out of the place by 7:45AM itself without even having breakfast. Never again we will visit this place. Take a room here only if you are going to their party floor or if you are going to use it only during the day time.

We recently held our daughter's first birthday celebration at Hotel Daya by Renai, and the entire experience was fantastic from beginning to end. The staff were very polite, attentive, and ensured every aspect of the event was managed perfectly. The banquet hall was well-kept, elegantly decorated, and set the ideal mood for our family gathering. The food deserves special praise—it was tasty, fresh, and enjoyed by all our relatives. Service during the event was quick and professional, making everything run smoothly and without stress. We are grateful to the whole team, especially Nirmal Varghese, the floor manager, for helping us create such wonderful memories on our daughter's special day. We would happily recommend this hotel to anyone planning family events or special celebrations. Additionally, the decor team specifically acknowledged the hotel's cooperation and hospitality, something they had not experienced elsewhere.
