The location was perfect, and the facilities were well-maintained and offered everything needed for a comfortable stay. Cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff were friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. Overall, it provided excellent value for money, making it a highly recommended choice.

Booked via Agoda. The location is excellent, situated conveniently next to Vyttila Hub, the Water Metro, and the Cochin Metro. While there is no complimentary breakfast, the hotel has a good restaurant. A decent, well-priced option for the area

(Stay Away!)’Rating: 1/5 Stars (If I could give zero, I would.)’My girlfriend and I recently had the misfortune of staying Here, and it was, without a doubt, one of the worst hotel experiences of our lives.’The issues began immediately, but the core problem boils down to two things: rudeness and discomfort.’’’ Unacceptable Staff & Management Attitude’The staff and hotel management were consistently rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional. My girlfriend, in particular, had an absolutely terrible experience interacting with them. It felt like every request or question was met with annoyance or dismissiveness. This created an incredibly unwelcoming and hostile atmosphere. Instead of feeling like valued guests, we felt like we were an inconvenience. Hospitality is clearly not a priority here.’’’’ Uncomfy and Unpleasant Environment’The room itself was far from "comfy." Not only was the overall environment unsettling due to the poor staff interactions, but the physical comfort was lacking as well. We were constantly on edge and could not relax, which completely defeats the purpose of booking a hotel.’To Management: Your employees desperately need training in basic customer service and human decency.’To Future Guests: DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. If you are looking for a comfortable stay with respectful staff, book anywhere else. This hotel management clearly does not care about their guests' experience.
