The Trios Hotel

Honestly, the hotel was very comfortable and conveniently located close to the markets. I would also like to thank Mr. Ashiq and Mr. Anfas for their excellent service, great attitude, and wonderful smiles. They were very friendly and welcoming.

I recently stayed at Triose; the staff were kind and welcoming, but the room was just average 👍🏻

Terrible experience. The rooms might appear nice in photos, which is why my family and I chose this place. However, we booked 3 rooms, paid 8700 rupees, and ended up with the worst room. 1. An extra bed for 3 people in a room doesn't come with a pillow, which is strange, yet they charge for the third person. The third person didn't get basic items like a pillow or towel. We had to ask for towels and were given only one for all three people. 2. The worst part – the room didn't smell bad initially, but if you close the door for a few hours, a drainage water smell develops. It's disgusting. You might wake up to this awful odor. Avoid booking this place if you can. I would never stay here again.

Our stay at Trios Hotel was very disappointing. The rooms smelled bad and felt unclean and poorly maintained, making it uncomfortable to stay in. The pictures online do not reflect the actual condition of the property, which is much worse than expected. The location is inconvenient and does not match what is shown on the website. Basic amenities like shower gel were missing, and when we requested an extra pillow, they were unwilling to provide one. Room service was inadequate; we had to call multiple times for minor requests, and the staff was not proactive. The complimentary breakfast included only one vegetarian and one non-vegetarian item, and they served steamed banana as fruit. When we asked for fresh banana, they refused outright. Overall, the experience was frustrating and not worth the price, with a need for significant improvements in cleanliness, service, and truthful representation.

The stay was wonderful, with a perfect location right in the town center. The team and management offered excellent service, and the rooms met our needs.
