Vivanta Ernakulam, Marine Drive

Amazing Hospitality. Lekshmi and team decorated the room for us and surprised us with a cake for our 3rd Anniversary. The room was great and the view too. The location of the hotel is also very good because the Marine Drive is right outside to view the sunset and have a pleasant walk. Shoutout to the Chef who made the Amazing eggless Strawberry and Caramel Bomolinis in the Breakfast Buffet!

Loved my stay here. From the room upgrade and warm welcome with perfume gifts, I was touched by the hospitality of the staff. The location is excellent right in the heart of Marine Drive with excellent views from the rooms. Water Metro was recommend by the staff which is at a walking distance. The breakfast was excellent as well. I will come back if I visit this city again.

This was our first visit to Kochi and also our first stay at Taj Vivanta. We were traveling as a family of four with two young kids, a 3.5-year-old boy and a 1-year-old girl. Traveling with kids, especially toddlers, can be quite hectic, but the team at Taj Vivanta made our stay incredibly smooth and comfortable.Our kids definitely gave the staff a hard time’breaking a night lamp, ask for customized food, needing the room cleaned multiple times, and making several last-minute requests. Despite all this, every request was handled patiently and with a smile. We never felt like a burden.We also had to request a stay extension due to a flight delay, and that too was managed very well without any hassle.The food and overall hospitality were excellent. We stayed in Room 605, which had a beautiful sunset view’something we truly enjoyed and looked forward to every evening.While many staff members helped us during our stay whose names i dont remember, I’d like to specially mention Ancila Mathew and Karthika CS. They stood out for their warmth, quick support, and positive attitude.Overall, it was a lovely experience with a wonderful team. Thank you for making our family trip so comfortable. I consider this property as one of the best in town for various reasons namely due to the location, affordability and stellar service provided by the employees of each department. They have an amazing restaurant in the ground floor named Bubble cafe which offers you a wide variety of food of varied cuisines and worth highlighting would be the BAR located on the 1st floor named Swirl, the perfect place to unwind, relax and chill in peace and tranquility added with the ever charming hospitality ofMr George Samuel, Saju Bhaskar and his entire team making you feel at home. I recommend this property to anyone who visits kochi or to anyone who have been hesitant to visit this property.
