I had a wonderful stay at Kochi Marriott Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the service was warm, welcoming, and truly exceptional. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with a genuine smile.The food at the hotel’s restaurants was absolutely delicious. There was an excellent variety of dishes, everything was fresh and beautifully presented, and the quality was consistently outstanding. I especially enjoyed the authentic flavours and the wonderful selection of Indian and international cuisine.The hotel’s location is also very convenient, and the overall atmosphere is elegant, comfortable, and relaxing.A special thank you to the entire team for making my stay so memorable. Location is next to Lulu Mall and excellent. Food and hospitality is amazing. Onam Sandhya made it more Special with festivity in the air all around. One glitch I faced was non working kettle and TV, which you don't expect in such a property.
We had a fantastic stay here. The location is unbeatable—central, convenient, and easy to navigate from.The facilities are exceptionally well-maintained; both the pool area and the steam room were spotless, neat, and very relaxing.A major highlight was the Executive Lounge. Having lounge access added tremendous value to our trip with its great amenities and atmosphere. It is 100% worth upgrading your room to include it. Highly recommended!
