The Lotaz Hotel

Our stay at this hotel for three nights was very disappointing due to poor service, inadequate housekeeping, and a lack of professionalism. Despite paying over ₹2,400 per night, our room was never cleaned or serviced, and no staff asked if we needed help. The trash bin was not emptied even once during our stay. Checking in and out was frustrating as no responsible staff were present at reception; we waited about 10 minutes to check in, and at checkout, no one came to assist us, with the receptionist just telling us to leave the keys. When we asked for a bottle of water, instead of staff delivering it, they had a delivery person from Swiggy bring it, which felt very unprofessional. We had booked a Balcony Room, but the balcony was dirty and poorly maintained, clearly neglected for a long time. For the price charged, we expected basic cleanliness, housekeeping, front desk support, and polite service, none of which were provided. Overall, the experience showed a serious lack of management, cleanliness, staff responsibility, and hospitality standards. We do not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for professional service or a comfortable stay.

Staff wasn't really helpful, location is not perfect but is good, need to divert from main road to an inner small road, cleanliness was okay

The hotel was clean, but unfortunately, the overall experience was not worth the money I paid. The room and facilities did not meet my expectations, and I was disappointed with the quality considering the price. I ended up vacating the room within just half an hour of checking in. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel, especially at this price.
