This was one of the worst hotel stays I've experienced. The room was very dirty and obviously not cleaned before we arrived. The bedsheets were stained and seemed reused. The wardrobe was damaged, and the bathroom was in awful shape with hair everywhere, a broken toilet, and generally poor hygiene. There was a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the room, which made it unpleasant. The floor was still wet when we got in, suggesting it wasn't properly prepared. Basic items like drinking water and a dental kit were missing. Overall, the room was badly maintained and failed to meet basic cleanliness standards. I wouldn't recommend this place unless they make major improvements in cleanliness, upkeep, and guest service.

Extremely disappointing experience even though I never checked in. I had prepaid for the hotel as I was traveling with my partner and wanted to avoid any last-minute issues at 1AM. When I arrived, there was no one at the reception to assist me, and without a receptionist, what kind of service can you expect in an emergency? The contact person at reception was called but simply refused to check me in, saying they were sold out and had no rooms available. Even with a prepaid booking, they told me to contact OYO or customer care. OYO's hospitality is very poor; they need to improve their operations, technology, and customer service. What can a customer expect after booking a prepaid resort and then being denied check-in? The only solution offered was a refund and to go back. I restrained myself from using harsh words. What is expected from the customer now? To return from a dark location to another hotel with no courtesy of arranging transportation? Yes, an alternative hotel was provided but no transport. OYO still ranks zero in hospitality. I think until someone experiences this with their spouse in the middle of the night in a dark area feeling stranded, and the company support person shows no concern or treats you like family, they don't deserve to be in this business.

The bed also looked unclean, making it uncomfortable to sleep on. Additionally, some furniture in the room was damaged, showing a lack of proper upkeep. These problems made my stay stressful instead of relaxing. I told the staff about these issues, but the overall experience still failed to meet even basic cleanliness and functionality standards. I strongly urge management to improve housekeeping, maintenance, and quality inspections before giving rooms to guests. Sadly, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hotel.
