A superb, elegant, and spotless hotel. The customer service is outstanding, with Nithin and Sreerag going above and beyond to fulfill all my requests. The air conditioning cools well. The rooms are clean, though the furniture might benefit from an update. Hot water is an additional service, which is great. The location is prime, close to popular restaurants and transport options. Most importantly, it's a quiet and safe spot for female travelers. This hotel will definitely be my choice for future trips to India. Truly an excellent hotel.
