This hotel is located right above a shopping mall. Only set back was , my room was located right at the end and the only one lift t the property. So the walk to the room is far. Staffs are friendly. Every other place to travel is like 30 mins and up. Rooms are clean and modern.

Made us wait for half an hour. The attendant did not even explain about the room facilities.As per plan, i had a late check out option but they literally deactivated my entry card key at 12pm itself.Cons: Buffet spread is good but not made with passion. Hence, it was tasteless. But, desserts were too good.

Having visited many 5-star hotels worldwide, this one is uniquely special—it’s something you truly sense through the kindness, attentiveness, and dedication of the whole staff. From smooth check-in and check-out to every meal, the service was impeccable. A big thanks to the front desk crew, the servers, and the spectacled head chef (whose name I can’t recall!)—they went the extra mile during breakfast and dinner buffets to ensure our comfort and care. When choosing a luxury hotel, you expect peace of mind and full satisfaction, and this place delivered that perfectly without any dull moments. We’re eager to come back and hope our next stay is just as wonderful!

One of the best hotels to stay in Kochi. The staff are very helpful and friendly, and the restaurant staff are wonderful. The hotel is located at Forum Mall, with direct access to the mall. Breakfast is also good. Overall, we had a great stay and would highly recommend this hotel.
