Located near to the Ernakulam junction railway station, clean and neat room, reasonable prices, cooperative staff, restaurant has both veg and non veg dishes, parking available

My experience at South Regency Hotel was extremely disappointing. The only real advantage of staying here is its proximity to the railway station. Apart from that, the overall experience was a complete disaster.The staff’s attitude was particularly unpleasant. The women at the reception counter appeared completely indifferent and seemed to have little interest in addressing guests’ concerns. However, the housekeeping staff member who came to provide plates and cutlery was even worse. She made no effort to hide her irritation or displeasure and would hand over the items with an angry, visibly disgusted expression. Such behaviour makes guests feel extremely unwelcome.The room itself had a very strong, musty smell and did not feel particularly clean or well maintained. There was also an outhouse/balcony-like area attached to the room, which was not clean either. Even the lift had an unpleasant smell.Overall, this was an absolutely terrible experience. In my opinion, the hotel does not deserve a three-star rating. The quality of the rooms, cleanliness, staff behaviour, and overall facilities simply do not match the price being charged.The hotel may be convenient if you specifically need accommodation close to the railway station, but beyond that, I would definitely not recommend South Regency Hotel to anyone.

Very near to ernakulam junction.thw rooms are spacious ..little bit price are high ..car parking ,lift available ...Air conditioning available .. resturant available in downstairs..Who are prepare near to junction very good choice ...price might little high...For single occupancy they charged one day .

We have booked 30 rooms to accommodate Indian bank retirees from different parts of our country, came to attend our National Conference. Some came early morning putting hotel team under pressure. But the Team South Regency promptly and pleasantly attended to each customers needs and MADE SURE THAT NONE HAVE ANY GRIEVANCES, BUT HIGH PRAISE ONLY TO TEAM SOUTH REGENCY. Keep it up.. I recently stayed at South Regency and had a mixed experience.The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, which I appreciated. However, there were some major service issues that affected my stay. The central AC in the room was not working properly, making it quite uncomfortable. I informed the reception about the issue, and while they said they would check it, no one actually came to resolve the problem. It felt like the concern was not taken seriously.Another disappointing experience was with the restaurant service. I tried calling multiple times to place a food order, but no one picked up the call, which was quite frustrating. Even when it comes to the food, the restaurant has very limited options, and the quality was not good.On the positive side, parking facilities are available, which is convenient for guests traveling by car.Overall, while the cleanliness and parking are good, the lack of responsiveness, poor service, and disappointing food options need significant improvement.
