Worst experience ever! First, I have to point out how they deceive customers through booking apps. They display attractive rooms at good prices but provide us with below-average 1-star rooms. The only positive is that this hotel is located in the heart of Kochi's tourist area, with many places within walking distance and close to all kinds of transportation. If you want a cheap room and can tolerate poor hygiene, mismanagement, no hospitality, and lack of basic standards, this is the place for you. The room was dirty and very unhygienic, as if it hadn't been properly maintained for years. Dust and cobwebs covered the room, the AC and lights didn't work well, and dirt was everywhere. The bathroom was filthy, and even the faucet spray was broken. The bedsheets were stained and torn, and the walls had stains, holes, and broken fixtures. I hope this hotel and its management continue to damage the reputation of Kochi's hospitality by misleading customers with fake booking app photos and delivering such poor conditions to tourists.

This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. I booked through OYO and was asked to pay an extra ₹100 at check-in, which wasn't a big deal, but the problems began after that. The first room assigned to me was in awful shape: very dirty, unchanged linens, non-working AC and TV, and a filthy bathroom. When I asked to switch rooms, the new one was even worse. The reception staff were rude and unprofessional; when I complained about the AC and TV, they told me I could just check out if I had issues. There was no power backup, and the electricity kept cutting out. When I requested a towel, they said they were out, and I saw them give the same excuse to another guest. The hallways were dirty and smelled bad, with garbage everywhere. The overall cleanliness was terrible and unacceptable. Don't trust the online photos—they seem very outdated and don't show the current state, which feels more like a poorly kept local lodge than a hotel. If you want a comfortable stay, avoid this place. Spending a little more can get you a much cleaner, safer, and better hotel. I've uploaded photos for reference.
