HOTEL QUEENS RESIDENCY

My stay was extremely disappointing. I chose this place because of the sleek, clean photos online, but the room I got felt more like a forgotten storage space. This is misleading advertising. The walls were dirty with marks and grime, and even the light switches and key card areas were coated in old dirt. The bed frame was damaged with peeling paint, and the sheets had holes. The difference between the online picture and the real room is laughable.

I am beyond disappointed with my stay. I booked based on the polished, clean images online, but the room I checked into felt like a neglected storage unit. This is false advertising.Hygiene & Maintenance: The walls were filthy, covered in scuffs and grime. Even the light switches and key card slots were surrounded by layers of old dirt.Damaged Furniture & Linens: The bed frame was chipped and peeling, and the bedsheets actually had holes in them.Expectation vs. Reality: Comparing the online photo to the actual room is a joke. The cleanliness is non-existent.

The property offers excellent value for money with a prime location that's perfect for shopping and walking around. The staff are very welcoming and helpful, and the Wi- Fi connectivity is reliable. However, the room size feels a bit cramped and the bathroom could use some improvements. Cleanliness and facilities are average but overall a comfortable stay

Rooms and services were subpar.

NJN booked an AC room. The room is okay but the bedsheet was not fully clean. I complained and they changed it, but the new one was also not fully clean. Also, in many places in the room, the paint is incomplete and there are some defects. However, the staff took good care of the customers and were couple-friendly. The place is right next to the main road. The rate is comparatively low; stayed for 2 days and paid 1900. The staff are all very good. Overall, average experience.
