K Grandeur Hotels

Enjoyed a wonderful 3-day visit from August 28 to 31. Many thanks to Anil at the front desk for his kindness and assistance! My single room was cozy. The spot is perfect—near Ernakulam South metro station, which makes exploring the city and visiting Fort Kochi easy. The food was generally okay, but you must try their Lotus Biscoff shake—it was fantastic! Also, the place is safe for women.

Our experience at K GRANDEUR Hotel was generally fine. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming, which was definitely a highlight of the hotel. The hotel was clean and had a modern design. The restaurant was good too — the food tasted nice and the prices were fair. However, the room was quite cramped. With an extra bed added, there was almost no space to walk around. We had to step over the beds to move inside, which was inconvenient, especially for a family. There was also a bad smell coming from a nearby shared bathroom. The hotel fixed this issue the next day, which I appreciated. The biggest problem was the area right outside the hotel. The road was dirty and the open drainage/sewage gutter was not properly covered. We even saw rats coming out of it, which was unpleasant and not a good look for a hotel area. In summary, the friendly staff, cleanliness, modern style, and affordable restaurant were positives. But the small room size and especially the condition of the surrounding area need attention from hotel management and local authorities.

I suggest this hotel for women traveling alone. The rooms were nice. The food was tasty. The staff were excellent. A special thanks to Mr. Ashwin.

The hotel is decent and the room is spacious. The only area for improvement is the variety of the breakfast menu.
