Good location, overall comfortable stay with good food options; ate at sister hotel 5 mins away as it had different opening times / food options. Room comfortable but in need of an update, especially in relation to electrical appliance charging options. Many of the sockets were loose. Also, no hot water in the bathroom.

Hosting our Serene ESCAPES, a travel retreat in Kerala was a beautiful experience, thanks to Abad Whispering Palms in Kumarakom, Green Forest in Thekkady, and Atrium in Kochi.Each property offered its own charm while maintaining excellent service, cleanliness, and a peaceful atmosphere. Our group felt welcomed at every step, and the staff went out of their way to ensure comfort and smooth coordination.The lush surroundings, calm vibes, and thoughtful hospitality truly enhanced our Travel Retreat experience. It was exactly the kind of environment we aim to create for our travelers.Would definitely recommend these properties for retreats, group stays, and mindful travel experiences.We look forward to returning with future Serene ESCAPES experiences.

Road, Kochi, and overall, it was a pleasant experience with a few areas that could be improved.The location is excellent, right in the heart of the city with easy access to shops, restaurants, and major attractions. The staff were warm, courteous, and helpful, which added a welcoming touch to our stay. We also appreciated the breakfast spread and the general cleanliness of the common areas.On the brighter side, the breakfast was a real highlight of our stay. The delicious spread and impressive variety’from South Indian classics to continental options’made our mornings truly enjoyable. It’s clear that the kitchen team puts real effort into offering something for everyone.However, we had mixed feelings about the room. While it was spacious enough for a couple, it clearly needs renovation and modernization. Some of the fittings and furnishings felt dated, and a refresh would really elevate the overall comfort and experience. With such a good location and friendly service, updating the rooms would make a big difference.The deluxe room felt quite small for a family, and the limited space made it a bit challenging to move around comfortably. A more spacious layout or an upgrade in room design would definitely enhance the overall experience.The exterior areas, especially the pavements, clearly need attention. Several tiles are damaged or uneven, which affects the overall look and feel of the property. A proper renovation of these outdoor spaces would greatly enhance the first impression and improve safety for guests.In summary, Abad Atrium offers a convenient and comfortable base for exploring Kochi, but we hope to see improvements in the room interiors during our next visit.

Throughout the stay, the hotel staff consistently displayed professionalism and warmth, which really adds value.The room was clean, well maintained, and comfortable. Housekeeping standards were good, and the room was properly prepared with all essential amenities. The bed was comfortable, the room was quiet, and it provided a good environment to rest and work after a long day of meetings. Cleanliness is clearly a strong point of the hotel.Food was another highlight of the stay. The quality of food was good, with well-prepared dishes and prompt service. The breakfast spread was satisfying, offering a decent mix suitable for both Indian and continental preferences.The hotel’s location on MG Road is a big advantage. Being centrally located, it offers easy access to key commercial areas, shopping, metro connectivity, and transport options. This makes it particularly suitable for business trips and leisure.Overall, Abad Atrium stands out as a great option in Kochi with friendly staff, clean rooms, good food, and a convenient central location. It offers good value for money and it's featured in Groowynd packages.
