The room was nothing like the photos shown online. Overall, I was very disappointed with my stay.There was no shower curtain, so water splashed all over the bathroom. The shower head was heavily rusted, and having a large mirror directly in front of the shower without a curtain made the bathroom feel poorly designed.The extra bed was just a thin piece of foam, and it looked as though parts of it had been chewed by rodents. The room telephone was broken. I reported it to reception, but no one came to fix it during my stay.The air conditioner was extremely old, made loud noises, and clearly needed replacing.I booked this property through Agoda and paid 7,805 for Room 1102. For that price, I expected a much better standard of accommodation. Unfortunately, the room did not match the advertised photos or the quality I was expecting.

This hotel is located just few minutes away from Lulu Mall. We could just walk for about 5 minutes to reach Lulu Mall. It’s a basic hotel with basic rooms but rooms and property were very clean! Great and friendly staffs as well. Well recommended for those who wants to spend their time in Lulu Mall.

Our experience was very disappointing. My whole family reserved 6 rooms at this hotel, but there was no hot water, which made our stay quite uncomfortable. Additionally, the hotel charged us for parking without prior notice. These extra fees should have been clearly communicated during check-in or at the time of booking. We anticipated better service from a 4-star hotel. The absence of essential amenities like hot water and the lack of transparency about extra charges resulted in a poor experience. I would not suggest this hotel unless they enhance their service and are upfront about all fees.

Our stay was very disappointing and unpleasant. We were at the property for two days, and right when we entered the room, it was clear it hadn't been cleaned properly. Dust was on the floor, and the room's condition was much worse than we expected. I had to call the staff to have housekeeping clean the room again after we arrived. Given the price we paid, we did not expect such low cleanliness and maintenance standards. Additionally, the reception staff were unhelpful and did not assist us properly when we reached out. Several times, calls made from the room's landline were cut off before we could fully explain our issues. Overall, the experience was very poor. Because of the bad cleanliness, unprofessionalism, and poor customer service, I would not stay here again or recommend it to others.
