The door lock wasn’t working and took hours to fix. The AC was leaking water and had no proper controls. Also experienced itching after using the pool. Basic toiletries like toothpaste and a toothbrush were missing too, and we had to call room service for them. The place has potential, but the maintenance and overall experience need improvement. The view from resort is excellent though.
We faced several issues during our stay. The water was not clean, and despite raising the concern, there was still a foul smell. The AC in the dining area was not working, which made it uncomfortable. Additionally, the pool water was also not clean.
Good ambiance and location. Service is below par. Takes lot of time to deliver even a bottle of water. We gave a packet to keep in the refrigerator. While leaving when we asked for it , it was not available. They removed it without our permission. No one was ready to take the responsibility.
