Pros.- Food is Great- Location is good. Cons- Over priced for the apartment but when you compare the property location it is little justifiable. Ie The property is between a lake and sea with lake facing view. So people not from Kerala might like and pay extra for the location. But I would rate it as con as when people pay extra they should provide additional experience with it.
Ambiance and staffs were nice but food and other things like water heater was not working even after constant phone calls to the maintenance team
We chose sea lagoon as our parents had visited this resort years ago. But it was during this visit that we realised the management changed. And is the change visible! Terribly maintained rooms and restaurants. Slow, irresponsible staff. Nothing is coordinated. We had to remind them four times in half hour to get us a glass of hot water - not coffee or tea - hot water! The food orders were delivered late all the time. Orders were missing and total confusion was visible among the staff. The rooms were poorly maintained. It was not worth the money we paid. There is an empty space for refrigerator and there is no refrigerator. The balcony was laid with mold and dust. The common swimming pool is small and too crowded. Not ideal for a peaceful stay at all! I wish they paid attention to the number of people they let in. It’s a small place for too many people. Foood was tasty but the staff made the experience miserable. The surroundings are weed grown and dirty with a garbage land right next to the stairs. We went with high hopes but had a sad experience. Genuinely hope the management will make necessary changes to raise the resort to its earlier splendour.
