The place is overrated and not even comparable to a basic lodge in Metro. The restaurant staff are very unhelpful, particularly a girl named Misiriya, who stands out as the worst. I honestly advise against visiting if you don’t understand Malayalam. The property is quite small, contrary to what their website and Make My Trip show. I spent 50K for 2 days and it was a waste. Even Taj’s washrooms are much better than this.

We had a truly delightful stay here. The resort offered a serene and peaceful atmosphere, beautifully set between the lake and the beach. The food was enjoyable, and the overall environment felt very welcoming for couples.

On May 31, 2026, we stayed in two neighboring cottage rooms, and the experience was terrible. The placement of the AC outdoor units made the room layout quite poor. The wooden cottages have no sound insulation. Four outdoor AC units were placed between the two cottages, very close to the beds. We couldn't sleep all night because the units kept turning on and off. At 4 AM, I called the manager to come see the problem, but he didn't respond and just said no one had complained about this before. The ceiling fan above the bed only has one speed and runs very fast. I thought about turning off the AC and using just the fan, but its high speed made it hard to sleep. Another issue was the bright LED decorative light shining in from outside the balcony. There were no curtains on the balcony doors. The watchman found the switch and turned off the light at 4 AM. Also, there were way too many mosquitoes in the room and around the resort. I was so upset at 4 AM that I called the manager and showed him all these problems. Luckily, I only booked one night, but this place ruined my family vacation. I advise avoiding this resort.

Overpriced and no access to the beach! The food quality is quite poor. I ordered curd rice, but the rice was undercooked. Breakfast options are extremely limited and not up to 5-star standards. The rooms and pool are clean, but overall, it doesn't justify the cost.
