I never stayed at this place. I requested a reservation a week ahead, and the property manager promised to handle it, but he seemed slow and uninterested. By the time I heard back, the hotel was fully booked. They said they would reserve the room and send a payment link, but I got neither. I had to cancel my plans last minute. The response was unhelpful and calls were ignored.

After the gates open you enter an oasis of tranquility. A beautiful house by the water, birds singing a welcome song that lasts for the entire stay. Ashraf and Gunna make sure that you are comfortable and serve excellent local food in unimaginable variations! We had a wonderful time here!

Nestled in the tranquil surroundings of Kumbalam, this lakeside villa offers a peaceful retreat from the bustle of the city while maintaining easy access to the main areas & tourist attractions of Kochi & ErnakulamThe property is beautifully designed with elegant interiors and a serene garden that enhances the charm of the lakeside setting. Each of the three bedrooms is spacious, tastefully decorated, and well-maintained, providing all the comforts of a premium homestay. In addition the property features a living room and a separate dining area. The lawn/garden can be used to host smallparties (of course usage comes with an extra charge)The property has a Chef cum Caretaker who along with a helper make your stay extremely comfortable. Breakfast and meals were well-prepared to satisfy our preferences & taste. Dining here feels more like being welcomed into a home than eating at a commercial property.Overall, our stay at The Ambassador’s Residence was marked by comfort, elegance, and genuine hospitality. I would highly recommend this property for families or small groups looking for a peaceful getaway with the personal warmth of a private residence.

A hidden gem in Kochi!An amazing resort with stunning backwater views and a calming breeze. The property is well-equipped with all necessary facilities, making it a perfect spot to relax and unwind. Special mention to the manager, Vishnu, who was very supportive and helpful throughout the stay. The rest of the staff were equally friendly and welcoming. A must-visit place to stay in Kochi!

Great place for weekend getaways. Beautiful Interiors. All required facilities are there for families. The caretaker Mr Ashraf is a very nice person and he takes care of everything the moment we enter till we leave. He makes great veg and non veg food. So it's a superb place for family getogethers.
