Lago Leisure Resort & Spa

I had a fantastic and restful time at this hotel. The rooms were spotless, tidy, and well kept. The food was outstanding, both in flavor and quality. The staff were very polite, friendly, and supportive during our entire visit. The atmosphere was nice and inviting, with plenty of parking available, and what we appreciated most was the quiet and peaceful environment. It was an ideal spot to relax and have a tranquil stay. All in all, a wonderful experience. I highly recommend it and would certainly like to return!

The hotel is located near Cherai Beach and by the backwaters. It offers a pleasant stay with cleanliness and friendly staff. The location is convenient, and the food quality is also good. Overall, it was a positive experience.

This place is stunning beyond what we expected. The resort has a peaceful and tranquil vibe, and the gorgeous backwaters visible from the docks are truly a highlight. We were greeted with their special grape juice (a must-try), which was incredibly tasty. Adarsh at reception was very kind and welcoming, assisting us with all our questions and giving us a tour of the resort. He was always available and very helpful. Joby, the manager, is a calm and sweet person who ensured we were completely comfortable. Definitely go fishing with him—he’s a pro! Lastly, many thanks to Akshay and his team for their hard work, availability, and kindness. A couple of things to note: the pool closes at 7 PM, so plan accordingly. Also, please avoid causing any disturbance, as the place is meant to be calm and serene, and it’s important to respect the staff and other guests. I will definitely return here soon with my family.

Pleasant atmosphere, delicious dishes, and friendly employees

This resort is wonderful, the rooms were excellent, and the food was delicious. Their service was also very good.
