We had a wonderful experience at Taj in Kerala. The entire team was incredibly kind, warm, and always ready to help. From the welcoming gesture at the lobby by Sharon (chandanam + tulsi garland) to the hospitality offered throughout the hotel, we had a memorable few days at this hotel. It was our first time at a Taj and we understand why they have the reputation they do. The rooms, amenities, Vista restaurant, the spa and the customer service (front desk, restaurant staff, executive chef, Khazana boutique staff, housekeepers and the spa) offered on a daily basis was consistently good and more than what we could have asked for. The overall vibe is relaxed - the music and decor play a large role in this. Dining options at this hotel made our stay that much more enjoyable and comfortable. We are grateful to Vivek, Sweety, Anagha, Fabian, Chef Sobin, Ankita, Ritupurna, Sreekuttan, Chris, Bibin, Aneesha, Aniang for collectively making our stay enjoyable. Hospitality was great! Rooms were comfortable. Be sure that you don’t get a room with a connecting door as the noise -proofing is not that great. Staff are very warm and welcoming. Special thanks to Iris Tiwari and Tania at the front desk, chef kuldeep & chef Abhilash for the wonderful personalised menu, and Sourav for taking such good care of us at the restaurant!Definitely recommend staying here as it’s just next door to the airport and convenient to stop over if you wish to go to Munnar, or other places and Kochi!

I made a last-minute booking at the Taj after a very stressful turn in our holidays. We had to miss our flight because mt mother was ill and waas only just discharged from the hospital. Staying in the Taj to recover turned out to be the best choice I could have made!We were very happy and thankful for all the warm care we received during our stay. I especially want to commend Ms Aniang, she was the highlight of our stay. I was checking in and telling the reception lady about the terrible few days we had recently had (my mother was admitted to the hospital) and ms Aniang noticed and came over right away. She was such a comfort to me and took care of everything, really helpful and kind. I cannot thank her enough!I was finally able to relax and my mother was able to recover, knowing we were in such a supportive place. We were both really touched by the attentiveness and kindness of all the staff.Besides all the extra care, the hotel itself is stunning in design, the food is delicious and the amenities are excellent. Being able to go to the gym and to the swimming pool while my mother rested was great.I 100% recommend the Taj to everyone staying in Kochi.
