My stay here was very disappointing. While the front desk staff were courteous and respectful, the room quality was subpar. I booked for four days and am sharing photos to illustrate. I was not given a key to lock the room when I went out; when I asked, staff said the key was missing. There was no water heater, and the room was dimly lit and poorly maintained. The mattress was ripped, the bedsheet was old and torn, and the blanket was thin, worn out, and had cigarette burn holes. The curtains also had cigarette burn holes. The whole room was dusty. The bathroom was in poor condition, the cupboard had broken shelves and mold, and the walls had stains. I even found used ear buds on the floor.

The room was very poor. The staff tried their best. The room was extremely dirty. There was no bed sheet or pillow covers. The bed was infested with bed bugs. The bathroom was very unclean. The room didn't have a lock. It was nothing like the photos shown. I booked for two days because I was arriving early morning on the second day. I had already called and informed the staff about my early arrival. When I got to the hotel at 7 AM on the second day, the property manager didn't answer my call. No one was at the reception. After a few minutes, a man came to the reception, sat down, and then fell asleep. After waking him up several times, he did something very disrespectful: he farted loudly in front of me and then went back to sleep. If OYO responds on Google reviews saying they will investigate and asking to report this on the OYO app, I have already done that through the app. I will never book with OYO again.

The stay was very disappointing. The room door had no lock, the bathrooms were very dirty, and there was no cleaning service provided. Overall, I do not recommend this place and suggest avoiding it.

No proper maintainance for the rooms,there was some smell in the room which made me puke 🤮
