Worst hotel service. I had an extremely disappointing experience during my recent stay at this hotel, primarily due to the unacceptable behavior of the customer service staff and the manager.From the moment I raised a simple concern, the staff were dismissive, unhelpful, and at times outright rude. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, they seemed irritated and unwilling to assist. What made matters worse was the manager’s attitude,rather than de-escalating the situation or offering a solution, they were condescending and defensive, showing no regard for customer satisfaction.Hospitality is clearly not a priority here. Basic courtesy and professionalism were completely lacking, which made the entire stay uncomfortable and frustrating. This is especially concerning for families expecting a welcoming and respectful environment,I would not recommend this hotel to any families.Customer service can make or break a hotel experience, and in this case, it completely ruined it. I will not be returning.
