Very poor service, room is not serviced if not asked. Cockroach 🪳 in bathroom and found on my pillow. Chicken dishes not cooked and staff reluctant to refund or cancel order.
It was nice experience staying VKJ
Stayed here for 9 days. Overall, it's a clean and new place suitable for families. The rooms are comfortable and have good amenities. The staff are courteous and willing to assist. Food quality is acceptable. The location is near Rajagiri Hospital. On the downside, there's a local bar in the basement. I had a negative experience because the parking is also in the basement. The hotel mentioned they are working on a new parking area.
