This hotel was the worst, and our experience was terrible. It's definitely not suitable for families. Our tour operator, Club Travex, included this hotel in our package, and we were shocked by how substandard it was. The walls were damaged, cupboards were broken, there were cockroaches on the beds, liquor bottles left in the rooms, and a strong smell of cigarette smoke. Certainly not a family-friendly place.
