Nice staff behavior
It was a very bad experience with Zoot Hotel and Agoda. I booked a double room through Agoda, but when I arrived at the hotel, I was given a twin room instead. When I raised the issue with the hotel staff, I was told that their server was not working and they had not received my booking details.I also raised a complaint about this issue through the Agoda portal, but my complaint was closed without contacting me or asking for any clarification. This was extremely disappointing and inconvenient.I expected both the hotel and Agoda to handle the issue professionally and provide a proper resolution.
Unfortunately, my stay at Zoot last night was quite disappointing. The toilet was not properly cleaned, and basic toiletries were not provided. The AC was making a loud noise throughout the night, which made it difficult to sleep, and the AC controls were not working properly.The reception staff also did not come across as professional or particularly helpful when addressing these issues. For the price and standard expected, I feel these are basic things that should have been taken care of before a guest checks in.Overall, the stay did not meet my expectations, and I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and improves the cleanliness, room maintenance, and staff service.
