Everyone take accommodation for proper rest and sleep. But this hotel is terrible...from 7PM till 11PM huge noise with DJ's. whole building was shaking due to this...VERY BAD...couldnt sleep at all after coming back from the hectic work

Perfect stay for family and business travellers

We stayed three nights; the room was spacious and the sheets were clean. There was an electricity problem with power cutting in and out, especially at night. The AC didn't start automatically, causing the room to get hot. A pub in the building played loud music until midnight, which could be heard clearly in the room, disturbing those who want to sleep early and wake up early. On September 7th, a fight broke out between visitors, making the environment feel unsafe. The location isn't close to many eateries, but a few are within walking distance. The Goibibo listing states smoking is allowed on the premises, but a 2600 fine is charged for smoking in the room, which seems misleading and unfair. The room has a sign warning of a 2000 fine for smoking, yet the corridor and room smelled of smoke all three nights. The minibar is pricey, and staff frequently asked if we were staying in the room or just visiting the restaurant, as if we didn't belong there. The location is convenient for tech park visitors, and Uber service is available.

The stay was generally comfortable with a spacious, well-equipped room and excellent amenities. I've visited their Essence Restaurant multiple times since it opened, but this was my first time trying the buffet breakfast. The variety was decent, but the execution fell short as most items were cold instead of hot and crispy. I often had to wait for refills to get fresh, warm food. However, some aspects were disappointing for a business hotel: 1. TV/Entertainment: Only IPTV is available, but no channels worked. A set-top box was installed but seemed unused or broken. 2. Wi-Fi: The connection dropped frequently, requiring re-login every 15 minutes, which is inconvenient for business travelers. 3. Parking & Security: This was the biggest letdown. Previously, basement parking was said to be for guests only, but this time we were told to park outside because the basement was occupied by bar guests' vehicles. Even with two free spots, security refused to let us park there, citing difficulty moving staff two-wheelers. It raises the question of whether guest parking should take priority over staff. 4. Resto Bar Service: Service was extremely slow, with order-taking and billing taking over 10 minutes. The room service number was given, but no menu was in the room, and calls went unanswered. We managed to place an order, but it was never delivered. In summary, while the room, comfort, and amenities are excellent, the service quality needs major improvement in professionalism, responsiveness, and guest care. For a "Business Hotel," reliable Wi-Fi, working TV, efficient room service, proper parking, and prompt restaurant service should be standard. I hope management uses this feedback to enhance the guest experience, as the property has great potential.

A very disappointing stay. The service did not meet expectations at all. The hospitality felt uninviting, and the whole experience seemed poorly handled. The biggest issue was the poor communication. My concerns were not clearly addressed, and it was unnecessarily hard to get a proper response or update. I want to specifically mention Aiswarya, as my interaction with her made the experience worse. I had expected more professionalism, politeness, and clear communication. Considering the cost and my expectations, the service and customer care were far below what I hoped for. Sadly, this stay left a very bad impression. I hope the management seriously considers this feedback and improves their service, hospitality, and communication.
