The front desk receptionist showed very poor response and customer service, coming across as arrogant and rude. I would not recommend this place for families or friends.

Although the service was good, the apartment's significant maintenance problems and inadequate facilities made our stay unsatisfactory, and we do not plan to return. PS: Watch out for the FAKE and PAID reviews on Google!!! We stayed in a three-bedroom unit. On the plus side, the staff provided excellent service, always attentive and helpful with meal orders, room cleaning, and luggage assistance. The bed linens and duvet were clean and comfortable, which we liked. On the downside, the apartment was in poor shape. Paint was peeling everywhere, and the shower showed mold. The kitchenette was poorly stocked, only a microwave and kettle, no stove or proper cooking gear, and no cutlery. The kitchen tap leaked constantly, forcing us to turn off the main valve under the sink ourselves. Hot water ran out after just one shower, which was very inconvenient. The balcony was dirty with bird droppings, and the window exteriors looked like they hadn’t been cleaned for years. Breakfast was always the same three items, which got boring quickly, so we chose to order separately. The location is only convenient if you have your own car, but the parking area is also in bad condition and lacks lift access. It seems the whole building hasn’t been properly maintained since it was built. We would have switched apartments if possible, but no alternatives were available during our stay. We won’t be booking here again.
