This was a last minute choice since our original stay was far away and they were not attending to our calls. We then went ahead and booked transit suites when we landed in kochi. They were very accommodating, rooms were very clean and staff was very helpful.

The hotel is in a inside area where no shops or supermarkets not found near by. Washroom was not cleanBath Towel was stained There were not proper toiletries just a shampoo and soap was thereNo hand wash No toothpaste No tooth brush There was only one single towel And i have faced an issue there,We were going out to purchase some essentials on the first day,The security guy was asking me to buy him food, i got confused. I didn’t made a complaint to the reception since the reception guy was also there when i give food to him. So there is no point of complaining Overall 03/10
