I booked this hotel for a day and specifically requested fresh bed sheets and pillow covers at check-in. Unfortunately, when I entered the room, the sheets had a noticeable sweat smell and clearly hadn’t been changed.I had to call reception and ask staff to come to the room and inspect it. Initially, they insisted the sheets were fresh, but after replacing them, the difference was immediately obvious.Cleanliness—especially fresh bedding—is a basic hygiene expectation, and this experience was disappointing. It felt like cost-cutting at the expense of guest comfort.Based on my experience, I would recommend spending a bit more to stay at a well-reviewed or reputable hotel where cleanliness standards are more reliable.
