Guest as saying

This was definitely one of the worst stays I've ever had, especially due to the lack of hospitality from the staff. I would advise anyone thinking about this hotel to be wary of the reviews, as many seem misleading. We were charged extra for getting our room just an hour before the official check-in time. When we finally entered, the room was full of mosquitoes and the bathroom lacked basic supplies. The floors in both the bedroom and bathroom were very slippery. After bathing, I stepped onto the towel placed as a mat and slipped, hitting my toe on the cupboard, resulting in two fractures in my foot. When we contacted the manager to report the incident and seek help, instead of showing concern, he said, “I cannot hold your hands and teach you how to walk.” He refused to provide hospital information, help us get a taxi, or assist me to the cab. My friend had to carry me because I could barely walk. When we mentioned his rude behavior, he just said he didn’t want to talk to us anymore.

This place is terrible. Avoid booking here. There are many better choices nearby. The other 1-star reviews are accurate. I was fooled by the fake positive reviews as well.

The hotel feels very secure, with rooms larger than those in typical business class hotels, and it offers a cozy, homelike environment.
