This hotel is excellent with beautiful views from the rooms. The day begins with the sunrise here. Highly recommended. The highlight is definitely the food, with Chef Ikbal and his team delivering top-quality dishes. The front desk manager, Mr. Juyel, was very helpful and greeted us with a smile from check-in onwards. Everyone at the front office always had a friendly smile. The housekeeping staff did a great job keeping our room neat and clean. I strongly recommend this hotel. Thanks to the Suba Group for making our stay unforgettable.

The service and food were excellent. We were fully satisfied with the service from Rekha and Sabinay.

The hotel and its atmosphere are superb. I really like this place. It has a restaurant on the top floor with a nice view from the hotel, which is another highlight. It is near the main point of Gangtok. The staff behave well and are good.
