The hotel and its atmosphere are superb. I really like this place. It has a restaurant on the top floor with a nice view from the hotel, which is another highlight. It is near the main point of Gangtok. The staff behave well and are good.

The hotels were terrific. The rooms were spacious, which is a real plus. You can enjoy mountain views from all directions. The cleanliness was maintained at a high standard. The staff members were nice.

I experienced some of the best staff behavior of my life at this hotel. The staff from reception, kitchen, to housekeeping all behaved well. The property is new and I highly recommend it.

I stayed at this hotel for three days. My rooms were tidy, cozy, and well cared for. Unfortunately, the elevator was out of order during the entire stay, causing inconvenience. The major letdown was the lack of cleanliness in shared spaces. Although the rooms were clean, the common areas weren't properly kept and would benefit from improved housekeeping.

The rooms were nicely furnished. This is a beautiful hotel. The service and staff were good. I highly recommend it.
