My stay was good. I came with my family for a business tour. The hospitality was good and all the staff had good behaviour, especially Ms. Anjala and Mr. Sourav. Overall, an excellent experience.

Highly disappointing stay. Three major issues:Terrible Bed: The mattress was small, broken, and collapsed completely at the edges. We felt like we were falling off and had to request an extra mattress just to sleep.Midnight Disturbances: Room service knocked past midnight with food we didn’t order. Five minutes later, the front office called our room demanding we "return" the food we never took. Utter lack of staff coordination and zero respect for guest sleep.Poor Cleanliness: The floor was covered in a visible layer of dust when we checked in. Housekeeping is clearly rushed or ignored.The Fern failed on basic hygiene, comfort, and service. Completely sub-standard experience. Avoid.

I came with my family group and had a pleasant stay. The rooms were comfortable and clean. From check-in to check-out, it was an amazing experience. The staff was very cooperative, and the food and F&B team were excellent and tasty. Thank you, Fern. We love Sikkim.
