The staff behavior was terrible, and I wouldn't recommend staying here since there are better options nearby. Mr. Agarwal, whose exact role I am unsure of, was the worst manager I've encountered. I've stayed at other places, but the hospitality here was the worst. The entrance was very unpleasant. Even though we booked in advance, they did not give us the exact room I had paid for ahead of time.

Location is great just a 4-5 mins walk from the main road. Westpoint mall, Mg marg and Lal baazar are near. But elder citizens and people with knee problems might have a hard time as the street is sloppy.

The location is excellent, only a 4-5 minute walk from the main road. Westpoint mall, MG Marg, and Lal Bazaar are nearby. However, elderly people and those with knee issues may find it difficult because the street is steep.

The hotel staff were very irresponsible and doesn't care about the customers, never cleaned the room and they were always stucked to their mobile phone , no water facility was available most of the times we have to purchase our own water outside the hotelBut the room and the location was very good 2 minutes walk from the west point mall
