Best hotel near mg marg
If you have family with old people and kids kindly avoid this hotel.. no life and very basic breakfast..Only thing is hotel near to mg marg
We booked Deluxe View Room but they provided a view blocked room. We requested the hotel manager to provide room in 1st floor as we had a senior citizen, the manager confirmed to provide so but in actual they provided room in 4th floor. They provided only shampoo and a handsoap in the name toiletries, no dental kit, sleeper, hair dryer as mentioned in Agoda. Hotel wifi was also not working. The manager was super rude. When we asked for these things as mentioned in Agoda, he told if you don't like it you can leave and find another hotel whereas our room was booked 1month back. He literally shouted at us and we did not feel safe there. Only there was a suff named Raju was very nice and his service was good. This is not only our story, multiple other tourists were complaining about the same thing. The manager was not providing the rooms that were actually booked. We booked the room after checking the past reviews but later we came to know that the hotel manager is changed recently. The problems are happening because of the new manager. Earlier manager was very nice and was providing good service. I have the pictures as well but I couldn't add. It seems some problem with the app.
