I recently stayed at Club Mahindra Emerald Palm Resort with my family for my daughter's birthday. While the resort property itself is good, my overall experience was disappointing.The room provided to us was much smaller than expected. Based on the photos and description, we were expecting a larger room with separate spaces, but we received a small room that did not match our expectations. The balcony was also quite small and, more importantly, not properly maintained.The biggest issue was cleanliness. There were many mosquitoes, cockroaches, and other insects in the balcony, and some of them even entered the room. The room hygiene and cleanliness standards were not satisfactory.The room service staff were polite and helpful, but the service delivery was very poor. We had informed the team in advance about my daughter's birthday, and they promised to provide a complimentary birthday cake. However, we had to wait nearly 2–3 hours and follow up multiple times (more than 7–8 times) before finally receiving the cake. This significantly affected our celebration and left us disappointed.Overall, while the resort has good facilities and courteous staff, the room condition, cleanliness issues, and delayed service made our stay unsatisfactory. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not recommend this resort.
Terrible staff attitude. Staff here don’t smile at all and don’t respond. The buffet desserts had fly infestation. While complaining they did nothing. Check in was delayed by 1.5 hours and staff expected us to check out right on time. Rooms were old and had old facilities. Found used glasses by the fridge. Wouldn’t recommend at all. Any service you ask for is presented with a price card. Cleaning staff asked us to leave the room for cleaning and never cleaned the room for 3 hours. Outdoors are well maintained but that’s about it. Activities are limited and so is buffet options. Never going back. Thankfully am not a member.
We had a great time at Club Mahindra Emerald Palms resort Goa. The team is very nice and made us very comfortable starting from the check-in process. The food was delicious especially the Goan food assortment. Our parents also liked the place very much. We recommend very highly.
