Spotlessly clean hotel just 3 mins walk to the beach. Lovely pool, fun activities like table tennis, carrom, etc for adults and kids play area for the little ones, great food at Kava, and comfortable rooms. What really stood out was the staff —namely, Aldrich & Arif- warm, prompt and super helpful. This is perfect for families, peaceful and well-maintained. Highly recommended, will be back!
My stay at Fairfield by Marriott was disappointing. The room was extremely small and not comfortable for a couple with a baby. The floor was wet when we entered the room, which made the overall experience unpleasant.Room service was below expectations. I had to request an extra bed, and when I asked for an additional pillow, it was not available. There was also no TV remote in the room. I called the reception three times, and it took over an hour before someone finally brought it.Overall, the service was slow, the room was too small for a family, and the stay did not meet the standards I expected from a Marriott property. I would not recommend this hotel for families traveling with young children.
