Location was easy to access Staff were goodCleanliness was fine..but can see many wastes dumbed by guests themselves in few certain places..Breakfast buffet was excellent, many items were there...they were absolutely fine .Airconditioner is mentioned in the this platform site for the room booked.But there was no air conditioners.Naturally Thekkady was cool so they have provided a vent through which the room were cooled during night... actually it was cool naturally.When we asked they said none of there rooms have air conditioners..they told coolers are available there .they will provide that if needed that was good So I advise please remove air conditioners from the items provided in the room list .

The rooms were very spacious, quiet, and had a pleasant ambience, making the stay comfortable and relaxing. The buffet food was good and enjoyable. The only drawback was that the rooms were very widely spaced, making it difficult to reach them, and the room numbering was not very clear, which caused some inconvenience. Overall, it was a good stay.
