Please avoid this resort who are all willing to stay in Thekkady kumily, becoz I booked the resort through this platform and they were updated a wrong location and they mentioned nearby locations in Thekkady is below 3km but the actual thekkady is 24km away from the resort purposely they made it that this platform app is cheating us. It takes 1hr travel time from Thekkady to the resort, please go through the resort website before using third party apps. The only best part is the resort it is well maintained with a good nature. The food is very tasty all the staff are very helpful.

Dear sir/MadamNo value of our money, Very bad resort As your add we booked the property but all our family members not sleep last night, whenever I seen the property we are ready to cancel our booking but your team not answer my email Very poor resort. Nothing was clean—not the bedsheets, bathrooms, or other facilities. They appear to be giving the rooms to new customers without properly cleaning them.There were also leaks during the rain, and water was coming inside. There were hardly any proper facilities at the resort. It does not even meet the standards of a 2-star property.Overall, this is a very unhygienic and poorly maintained resort. Please do not mislead customers by advertising it as a 4-star resort

Excellent location

The room is clean, the staff is helpful, and room service is very quick. Overall, the stay was good, and I hope to return to this resort again.
