Very disappointing experience at Club Paraiso this time. We booked through Agoda and are regular customers, but the service we received was extremely unprofessional.The manager (Arvind) was extremely rude and disrespectful. Despite having a confirmed booking, our room was given very late and it was an old, poorly maintained room with cigarette burns on the sofas. When we requested a room change, our time was wasted and instead of the Royal Suite we asked for, we were given a normal suite and still charged ’1000 + taxes extra.Housekeeping requests were ignored, and the worst part was during checkout when the manager kept repeatedly calling and pressuring us to vacate the room while we were still having breakfast. On top of that, he very disrespectfully told us not to book the property again.This kind of behavior is shocking, especially for regular customers. Extremely poor hospitality and management.

Stayed at Club Paraiso Hotel, Raipur, which is part of the well-known Avinash Group, and overall had a mixed but fairly decent experience. The hotel is attached to an elite villa society in Raipur, giving it a calm, premium residential feel while still being well connected. The location is good, easy to access, and there is plenty of parking space, which is a big plus ’’’.We had around 40 rooms booked across different categories, and the hotel does offer multiple room options, making it suitable for group stays, events, and conferences. Some renovation work was ongoing in parts of the property, which slightly affected the overall experience, but it also indicates upgrades in progress.The swimming pool area is well designed ’’’’’ and aesthetically pleasing.
