I booked a Classic Triple Room with breakfast included through Agoda, but there is no food service available at the property. Additionally, none of the ports are working. Since the breakfast service I paid for is not being provided, I request a refund for the breakfast charges. Please resolve this issue and confirm the refund as soon as possible.
