I booked the banquet hall at indian heritage for a family event but unfortunately , the experience was very disappointing during the function the banquet hall Ac was not working ,making the environment extremely uncomfortable for all the guest . Despite informing the staff, the issue was not resolved promptly for such an important family event , we expected much better maintenance and service.

I reserved the banquet hall at Indian Heritage for a family gathering, but sadly, the experience was quite disappointing. During the event, the AC in the banquet hall was not functioning, which made the atmosphere very uncomfortable for everyone attending. Even after notifying the staff, the problem was not fixed quickly. For such a significant family occasion, we anticipated much better upkeep and service.
